I'm always looking for easy and fast recipes without having to compromise on taste. Fact is, during the week things go by so fast in between work, kids' homework and other life things that I need to spend less time on food prep and more time doing more important things.
This recipe is really an easy one if you have no time. it literally takes about 15 minutes total.
RECIPE FOR FOUR PEOPLE
2 canned tuna in water
1/3 cup pickles
1/2 cup black cut olives
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp mayonnaise
Cut pickles in small pieces
Add salt and pepper
Add tuna, olives and mix them well
Open a wrap and spend cheese on one side
Add tuna mix on top
Add a bit of butter in a pan. When it melt, add the wrap and let it cook until it's crispy and gold in color.
Dinner is ready in no time, super easy and fast! You can add a little salad next to it or some sour cream to accompany it.
